Job Description:
Cleveland, Ohio based position requiring extensive travel in Midwestern U.S. Sales territory encompasses Minnesota, North Dakota and surrounding states. Must be a ‘road warrior” used to 75% + travel, willing to learn the business, meet face to face with customers with large and small markets. Individual must be self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and able to develop strong customer relationships. Must have proven record of sales success with a focus on market expansion. Candidate must be excellent communicator who is able to identify and communicate market needs to corporate. A person who will strongly promote and support the product lines.

Position is a salaried plus commission and the candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business, Sales or other related field

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience in outside sales with extensive travel out of state, about 75% of the time. Builds customer relations expands existing markets, as well as pursuing new customers. Proven record of sales success and market expansion. Cleveland based sales representative, with good oral and written skills, able to form strong customer relations. Able to develop market strategies with distributors, strongly promote new products, obtain feedback on product strengths and weaknesses to gather ideas for improvements and new products. Work closely with customer service to resolve product and delivery issues. Sales territory will include Minnesota, North Dakota, and other areas of the Midwestern US.
